Defense-technology securities offerings, each figure read from the issuer's own filing and published with the verbatim source text behind it. Amount sold and amount offered are separate columns because Form D reports both and they routinely differ by hundreds of millions of dollars.

Those 5 account for $932,252,497 in securities sold. 4 of the 5 also state the total amount the issuer authorised, which is a different number and is kept in its own column: collapsing the two is how a $347,799,797 sale becomes a “$600 million round”. - Company
- Issuer name exactly as it appears in the filing. It is not always the trading name a reader knows: Castelion Corp's seed round was filed by Pallas Industries, Inc.
- Amount sold (USD)
- Securities sold as of this filing (Form D totalAmountSold). Money that has actually closed.
- Amount offered (USD)
- The total offering amount the issuer authorised (Form D totalOfferingAmount). A ceiling, not a receipt.
- Round
- Seed, Series A and so on. Empty on every filing-only row: Form D carries no round label, and publishing an inferred one as structured data is a fabricated fact with a long half-life.
- First sale
- Date of first sale as stated in the filing. Not the announcement date, which Form D does not contain.
- Filed
- The date EDGAR recorded the filing.
